Evans Completes Certification Maintanence Obligation

C. Jeffery Evans, AICP, has completed the Certification Maintenance obligation mandated by his membership in the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). The new continuing education obligation requires the completion of 32 hours of coursework during a two-year certification period. As of this date, Mr. Evans has completed 67.5 hours to be applied to the 2008 – 2009 certification cycle.

Systematic Development of Informed Consent (SDIC) Certification

C. Jeffery Evans, AICP, has obtained his certification in Systematic Development of Informed Consent (SDIC) from the Institute for Participatory Management and Planning. This three-day long training focuses on the employment of strategies to build consent for public and private projects. Mr. Evans intends to use this training to assist our private agency clients obtain local land use approvals.
